Quality Tracking Solutions™ (QTS) is a software product developed by QBS, Inc. to review and analyze critical incidents and events. Specifically designed for any professional responsible for tracking the safety, risk management, and quality assurance of their organization, QTS presents easy-to-read visual displays of any indicator or variable of interest, as well as any suspected related variables, contributing factors, or associated events.

For many professionals, simply tracking the frequency of events could provide an enormous capacity to evaluate interventions such as treatments, medication changes, and more. Compatible with almost any data, QTS allows individuals to more effectively document, understand, and, ultimately, evaluate the trends and needs of their employees and the individuals they serve.

However, QTS offers much more. For instance, by tracking and charting the location of each event, one can easily identify the most problematic location, and implement and evaluate interventions to reduce or eliminate such incidents. Similarly, by tracking and displaying the times of events by hours, shifts, or any other time span of interest—one can quickly identify potential variables that contribute to or cause risk associated incidents.
Group and Individual Analysis
Change the QTS chart display to represent "All" Individuals by time, and quickly recognize the times that are relevant to incidents of your individuals as a group. This and many other QTS group analyses are critical to any quality assurance or continuous quality improvement program.
